As of 5th January 2025 Revd Frances Eccleston retired from Whaley Bridge Parish and we are now in the process of advertising for a new vicar.  However, the parish is still very much up and running! 

BERYL AXCELL: READER

Beryl brings experience of R.E. teaching and has been licensed as Reader since1995. Her ministry is one of preaching and worship leading, including taking funerals. Beryl is a Governor at Kettleshulme St James Primary School and leads the Carers and Toddlers group “CATS” at Holy Trinity.

Sue Mellor: Pastoral Worker

Sue is a retired teaching assistant and is trained and licensed as Pastoral Worker. Her main focus is baptism visiting and ministry with children and families. She also mentors trainee Pastoral Workers. Sue organises our popular Children’s and Baby Clothes Swap events.

Our administrator

alison rowland

Alison looks after the administration for the Parish four hours per week. She is a regular member of the congregation and works remotely, although she can usually be found in the parish office at Holy Trinity church on a Friday afternoon.
